We want you to be 100% satisfied. If your service does not meet your expectations we will perform any service necessary to resolve the problem!

Please note that our chemical services are only guaranteed when products recommended by your service provider are used.

Scheduling Appointments
When scheduling please have a few dates in mind that best suit you and your needs when you call. To avoid being charged for your appointment, we appreciate a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel. Less than 24 hours notice will be billed 50% of the service price. “No shows” will be charged the full price of services.

Cancellations
When we schedule an appointment, that time is set aside especially for you, if you need to change or cancel, please give a minimum of 24 hours notice. Failure to do so may result in a 25 dollar service charge.

Arrivals
Please check in 10 Minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, late arrivals may not receive an extension of scheduled treatments, so as not to inconvenience other guests.

Electronic Devices
We realize that emergencies and important matters may require these contacts. However, we ask that you put them on vibrate mode while receiving services so that the other guests are not disturbed during their visit.

Children
Are welcome in the salon when they are receiving services. We ask that you make other arrangements for them during your visit so that other guests can also enjoy their time with us.
