Scheduling AppointmentsWhen scheduling please have a few dates in mind that best suit you and your needs when you call. To avoid being charged for your appointment, we appreciate a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel. Less than 24 hours notice will be billed 50% of the service price. “No shows” will be charged the full price of services. · · · · ·
CancellationsWhen we schedule an appointment, that time is set aside especially for you, if you need to change or cancel, please give a minimum of 24 hours notice. Failure to do so may result in a 25 dollar service charge. · · · · ·
ArrivalsPlease check in 10 Minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, late arrivals may not receive an extension of scheduled treatments, so as not to inconvenience other guests. · · · · ·
Electronic DevicesWe realize that emergencies and important matters may require these contacts. However, we ask that you put them on vibrate mode while receiving services so that the other guests are not disturbed during their visit. · · · · ·
